It’s the 5th year of Zen Magazine in existence, and our covers are always a special challenge for us because we always want to make it different. Last month, the star power on our June cover featuring the CEO Dancers was felt all over the world and I would love to use this opportunity to thank the girls for giving us an all access pass into their amazing and star studded lives. It was officially the girls first ever front cover feature and we are so proud to be a part of that history.

Our July cover package covers all the ins and outs on how to look good this summer. We talk about the 5 key fashion trends for summer, the African events happening all summer, the African models in the news and we get the best style tips from the experts. We have interviews with industry professionals Mario Epanya of Mario Epanya Photography, Mozambican designer Taibo Bacar, and South African singer Nandi Mngoma.

Elsewhere in the issue, Zen’s beauty director Princess Amayo investigates the Foreo Luna Skincare Device, a new anti-aging and facial-cleansing system that promises to give you a fresher and more radiant skin.

We get asked this question a lot “How can anyone become a model?” and to better understand how, we follow the lives of Betty Adewole, Tendai Makeri, and Dante Sainten, 3 models we seriously can’t stop talking about.

All that plus exclusive interview with the CEO of Shugakane Bili Sule, someone whose passion for creativity knows no boundaries. Bili takes us through the whole process behind the Flixel technology and she also gives us behind the scene footage from the shoot featuring Nigerian model Nneka Edozien.

As always, we love hearing from you all and we enjoy reading your messages. We care so much about what you think about Zen Magazine and we value your comments, opinions and reservations. Tell us which stories you are itching to read this month. Join our social media networks on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest andGoogle Plus for more information on all things Zen Magazine.

Enjoy the issue!
