On the 26th – 28th of March, 2013, Founder and Chairperson of The Bisila Bokoko African Literacy Project (BBALP) Bisila Bokoko will be a guest speaker at the Expert Meeting on Assessing the Impact of Public-Private Partnerships on Trade and Development in Developing Countries been organized by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in Geneva, Switzerland. The aim of the Expert meeting is to identify policies and best practices in which public-private partnerships in developing countries can help build local supply capacity. The guest experts will also examine how to establish linkages between local producers and global supply chains – particularly in the agriculture and commodities sectors – through means such as infrastructure development. The meeting will be a unique opportunity for exchanging experiences in best practices on this issue among experts and practitioners from around the world. The experience and expertise of Bisila Bokoko over her many years of leadership in the professional world will certainly add great value to this event.
