There’s nothing more precious than sharing holiday time with the love of your life on a private island somewhere in Africa. But the magic doesn’t end with lovers time – it’s also for parents and adults, too. With ultimate relaxation, a world-class spa, a championship golf course to an award-winning cuisine in a fine dining setting, there’s plenty of grown-up magic around the Sea Cliff Resort & Spa in Tanzania. Honestly, I love that country! The ocean breeze is so blue and so clean that you totally feel like drinking the water. If you are ever planning a vacay soon to relax and recharge, take a little retreat to the Sea Cliff Resort & Spa. It’s a 4.5 star resort, with a luxurious African-themed oasis where you can relax that tired mind, body and spirit away from the busy Lagos, Accra, and London traffics and every day life. If your idea of down time is more like tee time, then there are 8 championship golf courses ready to challenge you, with magnificent spacious greens and enough competition from other guests to make your round memorable. What really bursts my head about this place is it’s on an exotic island in Zanzibar and for a second you almost think you are on a Caribbean island. When it comes to accommodation, they have got you covered. With 120 rooms, which consist of 24 garden rooms, 80 superior rooms and 16 deluxe rooms, you already feel like staying an extra week right from the first night. What grabs your attention for starters is the 4 km road route through a coconut plantation that leads to the hotel. The lush and tropical palm trees give you that welcome feeling of paradise as you get into the resort. Once you are checked in, next is to take a walk round the resort to get a feel of what the Sea Cliff Resort & Spa is all about. You can either go gyming or you can head up the water sports center for some water games. They also have 2 tennis courts, a squash court, as well as bicycles for adults and kids. The hotel is too fine to be honest and it’s right here in Africa. More photos after the cut:

I almost forgot to mention they have got 3 bars and 2 restaurants to pick from if you want to grab a quick meal or just want to take some wine and unwind. And once you have had your fill of splashing in the waves, scuba-diving, sipping cocktails and sampling yummy food, pamper yourself a little by getting a massage, facial, manicure or pedicure at the Shwari Spa. Deep down in your heart you know you want to :). The spa has 5 treatment rooms, including a couples massage room as well as a sauna, steam room and a plunge pool so you can be sure to get pampered. Now isn’t that not a vacation worth having!

You want to know how much it costs to stay at this hotel a night? Why a night? Why not a week? Just hit us up by commenting below and we will get across to you with the numbers. It’s a fantastic place to stay in if you are ever holidaying in Tanzania.
